Support contract for 8 hours of time and includes training, support, and software configurations. When the 8 hours are used you may renew for another 8 hour block.

Covers remote support and consulting only..

Support time availability is standard business hours.

STANDARD SUPPORT CONTRACT ( 16 Hours )

Support contract for 16 hours of time for includes training, support, and software configurations.  When the 16 hours are used you may renew for another 16 hour block.

Covers remote support and consulting only.

Support time availability is standard business hours.

PREMIUM SUPPORT CONTRACT ( 8 Hours )

Includes support contract for 8 hours of time for training, support, and customizations.

When the 8 hours are used you may renew for another 8 hour block.

Support time availability is EXTENDED business hours.  Support calls are set to top priority.

Includes automatic maintenance updates and minor enhancements when they become available.

Extended hours are: 24/7 excluding major holidays.

SERVICES    

TRAINING

Solid training is essential to proper implementation of a business system. The management tools in Service Manager requires proper training and usage to receive benefit. This is especially true for productivity, efficiency, utilization reports and other analysis tools.

Our training starts with a planning meeting where we lay out a plan for using the system and how to train the Users. Training is scheduled and performed over an agreed to period of time. When training is complete we provide training docs for future reference.
