Service Manager Screens

Header Tab

This is the header screen for a Service Order. There are many screens available to choose from, the below screen is our basic layout.

Here you have the essential data on the service including customer, service location, request/problem code, assigned tech, contact info, and more.

Many options are available here to manage the job. Some options include: Sub-job processing, parts management, workflow automation, emailing, document management, dispatch board, RMA tracking, and much more.

Details Tab

This is the details tab. Here you enter parts and labor transactions. Labor may also be posted from our Time Entry module.

When entering parts and labor you may assign important information to each transactions such as: Work memo, Worker Code, date/time of transaction, status code, test results, and more.

Totals Tab

This is the Service Order's total tab. Here you can view actual billing values prior to closing the Service Order and generating the accounting invoice.

Options include: Third party billing, credit card processing, and payment reconciliation.
