Contract Manager Screens

Header Tab

This is the header screen for a Contract or Service Agreement. There are many screens available to choose from, the below screen is our basic layout. Here you have the essential data on the service including customer, service location, request/problem code, assigned tech, contact info, and more.

Many options are available here to manage the job. Some options include: Sub-job processing, parts management, workflow automation, emailing, document management, dispatch board, RMA tracking, and much more.

Details Tab

In the DETAILS tab you define Equipment and billable categories.

Estimation, scheduled service (Preventative Maintenance), and other details of services and equipment covered are defined here.

Totals Tab

In the TOTALS tab you can keep track of cost and billing subtotals and totals enabling you to view contract status, overages, and profit. Management finds this screen the most important.
